Top 10 Things I Learned About Life...Playing Tetris

I recently started playing Tetris again (since there is a sweet app for your phone) and have been blown away how fast I was addicted... Again... 30 years later!!

Couple facts you may not have known about Tetris:
- With over 145 million copies sold, Tetris is the #1 selling video game of ALL TIME!!
- It was thought up by a programmer who was just bored at work.
- It's name comes from two words: Tetra (the Greek word for four, which is how many blocks are in each puzzle piece) and Tennis (the programmers favorite sport).
Originally purchased by an American for a very small amount (original "contract" written on a napkin), Nintendo had to return and purchase the rights again for wide-release on the Gameboy in 1984.

Here is an old post revisited (found it on my Xanga page... You heard me, XANGA)!!
