If that is real, I feel so sorry for the drive thru people! Did you ever go to Taco Bueno and get the singing drive-thru guy? I think if I owned a drive-thru I would require the cashier to only sing. Hearing that guy sing, "Can I help you please," and "would you like any salsa with your order today?" along with EVERY OTHER statement made my day.
